Our Services

Empowering women and children through education and skills training.

Education

Education is at the heart of our work, as we believe learning creates opportunity, stability, and long-term change. Through our education programs, we support children from underserved communities by providing consistent academic guidance alongside their formal schooling.

Our Pariwartan center in Delhi supports around 70 boys from Class 3 to Class 12. Students attend government schools during the day and come to Pariwartan for additional academic support, English learning, and mentoring that helps them stay on track and grow in confidence.

The Rejoice center in Faridabad serves approximately 35 boys and girls, also from Class 3 to Class 12. Rejoice operates from our own building, providing a stable and welcoming learning environment for students who need focused support.

In addition to regular tuition classes, Rejoice includes a library and computer classes, giving students access to resources that strengthen their reading habits and digital skills—essential tools for further education and future employment.

Across both centers, our teachers work closely with students and families to encourage regular attendance, academic progress, and long-term commitment to education. Through Pariwartan and Rejoice, we aim to equip young people with knowledge, confidence, and hope for a better future.

Training

Dorcas is our women’s empowerment program, created to support women from underserved communities in gaining confidence, skills, and a sense of purpose. Many of the women who join Dorcas have had limited access to education and few opportunities to develop income-generating skills.

At the heart of Dorcas is stitching training, where women learn practical tailoring skills in a safe and encouraging environment. These skills enable them to contribute to their household income and move toward greater financial independence.

Alongside stitching, we offer English classes that help women communicate more confidently, expand their opportunities, and participate more fully in society. Learning together also creates strong bonds and mutual support among the participants.

Dorcas is more than a training program. It is a space for personal growth, encouragement, and community. Through group discussions and shared learning, women build self-confidence, resilience, and hope for the future.

Through Dorcas, we see women not only developing new skills, but also discovering their own value and potential—creating positive change for themselves, their families, and the wider community.

Our scholarship program supports students who show commitment and potential but lack the financial means to continue their education beyond school. Many of these students are the first in their families to pursue higher studies, making support at this stage especially critical.

Through this program, we assist students with college fees, study materials, and essential educational expenses, helping them focus on their studies without the constant pressure of financial hardship.

Support is provided not only financially but also through guidance and encouragement. We walk alongside scholarship students as they navigate academic challenges, career decisions, and the transition into higher education or vocational pathways.

Donors have the opportunity to contribute directly to the Scholarship Fund, ensuring their support is used specifically for students pursuing further education. This targeted giving allows donors to make a clear and lasting impact on individual lives.

Through our scholarship program, we aim to open doors that would otherwise remain closed—empowering young people to complete their education, build professional futures, and contribute positively to their families and communities.
